Claiming your AHA ecard

Please note your eCard is not valid until after you have claimed it

  • Check your inbox for an email from: eCards@heart.org
    • This may need to be added to your list so it doesn’t end up undeliverable or in your spam folder
    • This link will expire in 2 weeks from date card issued
  • Please make sure that you used a personal email address not a work address
  • Check your SPAM or junk folder if you do not receive it
  • Open the email and click on the provided link “Click here to view your online eCard”
  • You will then be directed to the AHA eCard Student Landing
    • On this page, you will select a security question for the drop down menu and answer it.
    • Click the circle next to “I agree to the terms of use”
    • Click “submit”
  • You will then be directed to the AHA Ecard student survey details
    • On this page, you will complete the course survey, DO NOT SKIP this step
    • Once you have completed the survey, click “Submit”
  • You will then be directed to your current eCard
    • From this page, you can click “Print” to print a copy of your eCard. (this will print on a full 8.5x11 inch sheet of paper .
    • You can also print out a wallet card that can be laminated
    • Email DIRECTLY to your Employer from your page (new feature)
    • These are accessible 24/7 online at heart.org/cpr/mycards and they can be stored on your smartphone using the QR Code. You can find a free downloadable QR Code Reader.
    • PLEASE NOTE: If you are issued two cards for this class, you will receive two separate emails and must respond to both.
