The Amie Holt Care Center is under outbreak status as deemed by the CDC, meaning a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19.
When a staff member tests positive, the infection prevention team investigates to determine if other staff or residents may have been exposed. COVID-19 testing will be completed for residents and staff if indicated following CMS guidance during the 14-day observation period.
We are open for visitation at all times for visits in resident rooms or outside. During meal times, visits must be conducted in the residents room or designated area. Visitors are required to wear a mask and exercise social distancing. If you are visiting during outbreak status, you may have the potential to be exposed to COVID-19. You may request a free COVID-19 antigen test from JoAnn Kay (217-0199) any time.
The outbreak status period will continue through January 20.
If you have questions, you may call JoAnn Kay, infection prevention, at 307-684-2122 or 307-217-0199.
