My Care Corner

The Johnson County Healthcare Center has a new online patient portal, My Care Corner, for hospital, lab and radiology patients. With the new portal, you’ll continue to have access to your health information between office visits – no matter where you are.

My Care Corner is an interactive user interface that brings your health data to life and promotes a collaborative approach to care. MyCareCorner connects with devices like blood pressure cuffs, blood glucose devices and weight scales. MyCareCorner also works with Apple Health. To connect the two, create an account at MyCareCorner first, then set up your portal information on Apple Health.

Information entered into your current patient portal account on ThrivePatientPortal.com, within the past two years will automatically transfer to the new system, but you will be required to set up a new account on MyCareCorner.

When you have an appointment in the hospital, lab or radiology and provide your email address, you will receive an email with a link to join MyCareCorner. Click the link in the email to create your account. Once your account is created, you can access your health record at MyCareCorner.net from any browser, or you can download the MyCareCorner app.

Below are documents to help walk you through the setup process and using the patient portal once you have registered.
