Mitchell Volin, PA-C, completed his education at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. His aptitude for caring for his community is evident in all he does. Before pursuing a career as a PA he spent 16 years working in special education and 12 years as a paramedic. He joined JCHC in 2022 with a focus on family medicine. "A natural pathway from working in prescriptive education to medicine seemed like a way that I could continue helping people," Mitchell said.
Mitchell sees patients at the Family Medical Center in Buffalo, the Kaycee Clinic, and on the hospital floor at JCHC. He enjoys the team approach that JCHC providers take to caring for members of our community and their dedication to providing excellent medical care right here at home. As a Wyoming native, Mitchell understands the importance of rural medicine and the trust his patients place in him regarding their health.
Mitchell enjoys adventuring outdoors. He is an avid skier and white water rafter. You might catch him on the hiking trail listening to Rush while he conquerors the summit.
