Giving back

Each week during the school year, the Johnson County Healthcare Center rehab department sends a physical therapist to the Clear Creek Middle School and to the Buffalo High School to help student athletes continue to develop their skills safely. The Johnson County Healthcare Center is committed to giving back to the community, and this is just one of the ways that we do that.

How To Get Started

Rehab Services accepts all physician referrals and most insurance plans. A physician’s referral is not necessary to receive therapy services. However, many insurance providers require it for coverage.

Check with your individual insurance plan for their direct access policies. When inquiring with your individual medical insurance for coverage, please list JCHC as your provider and not your individual therapist. Contact us to make your appointment and our front desk staff will assist you with any questions you may have
