Physical Therapy at JCHC helps patients maximize movement, functional ability, and quality of life when impaired by injury, surgery or medical conditions. We offer personalized physical therapy utilizing a wide range of services including; dry needling, manual therapy, Kinesio taping, and aquatic therapy. HOW TO GET STARTED

Rehab Services accepts all physician referrals and most insurance plans. A physician’s referral is not necessary to receive therapy services. However, many insurance providers require it for coverage.

Check with your individual insurance plan for their direct access policies. When inquiring with your individual medical insurance for coverage, please list JCHC as your provider and not your individual therapist.
