About Crystal Smith has been a nurse since 2005 and has dedicated the majority of her career to clinic nursing, where she has developed a passion for building meaningful relationships with patients and supporting their long-term health and wellness. Throughout her nursing career, she has also served in Public Health and Pain Management, gaining valuable experience caring for patients across a variety of healthcare settings. For 10 years, Crystal worked as an Advanced Nurse Lactation Counselor (ANLC), helping mothers and families navigate the challenges and rewards of breastfeeding and infant care.
As a lifelong resident of Buffalo, Crystal is proud to serve the community she has always called home. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while fostering a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient who walks through the clinic doors. Crystal believes strong relationships and personalized care are the foundation of exceptional healthcare.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and their three sons. Whether she's cheering on her boys at their activities, enjoying the outdoors, or tending to her garden, family and community remain at the heart of everything she does.
