Julia Bettinger, M.S., serves as Director of Cardiopulmonary and Wellness at Johnson County Healthcare Center (JCHC). In this role, she oversees Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Outpatient Respiratory Services, maintenance programming, and comprehensive cardiopulmonary testing, including stress testing, spirometry, holter/event monitoring, 6-minute walk testing, overnight oximetry, and home sleep testing. She also leads employee and community wellness initiatives, serves as the President of the Buffalo Health Forum, coordinates Wyoming Health Fairs in Buffalo, supports breast cancer patient navigation and education, and contributes to grant writing and organizational leadership efforts. Julia brings more than two decades of experience in cardiac rehabilitation, cancer resource services, and community health. Prior to joining JCHC, she served as Program Manager and Outreach Specialist for Wyoming Cancer Resource Services and worked as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac Rehabilitation. Her leadership has helped secure significant grant funding and earned multiple Outcome Excellence Awards for JCHC’s Cardiac Rehab program. She remains active in professional and community service, including leadership roles with the Montana Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and volunteer work with Wyoming Camp Courage. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, golfing, downhill skiing, supporting youth activities, and staying engaged in community wellness initiatives.
