About Megan serves as a Cardiopulmonary Rehab specialist at Johnson County Health Center (JCHC), where she works closely with patients to develop personalized exercise programs that support cardiovascular health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. With a strong foundation in clinical physiology, Megan applies evidence-based strategies to help patients safely improve their physical function and quality of life.
Before joining JCHC, Megan gained valuable experience in both clinical and fitness settings, supporting patients across a range of ages and health conditions. She holds a degree in Clinical Physiology from Central Washington University and is a licensed Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Additionally, Megan is a proud member of the American College of Sports Medicine, reflecting a deep commitment to professional standards and continuing education.
Outside of work, she can be found with her dog hiking, kayaking, or exploring new ways to stay active and engaged with the outdoors.
